Dr. Stiebel grew up in Richmond, Virginia. He attended and graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He returned to Richmond and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. While there he was chairman of the VCU Honor Committee for two years and was active in Psi Omega dental fraternity. He was also inducted into the Alpha Sigma Chi honorary leadership society.
Dr. Stiebel moved to Winchester and began his dental practice in December, 1977. He moved to his current location in 1987. He and his wife Claudia, a pharmacist, have been married for 36 years . They have two grown children: son Sam, who is married to Emily, and daughter Sally.
Dr. Stiebel has long been a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the local Northern Shenandoah Dental Study Club, where he has served as president. He is currently serving as a member of the Frederick County School Board’s Health Advisory Committee.
In his spare time Dr. Stiebel loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, hiking and fishing of all types. He also is an avid photographer and loves his spinning classes at the gym.
Dr. Christine Baker grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. She continued her education by attending dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and graduated in 2009.
Inspired by her father's military service, she commissioned in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer and continued her education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. She later served as a dental officer aboard USS San Antonio (LPD 17) (2010-2012) and at Naval Health Clinic New England (2012-2016).
With the objective of fulfilling all of her professional aspirations, Dr. Baker separated from military service and began a successful career in private practice where she worked in dental offices both in Southern New England and later in Woodbridge, Virginia.
She recently moved to Stephens City, Virginia with her husband, Paul, and their two children Luke (age 4) and Camilla (age 2). Dr. Baker loves to spend her free time exploring new activities and places with her family and looks forward to settling down and growing roots within the community.
Peggy Judy is our receptionist and insurance specialist. She works with you and your insurance company to take care of financials and paperwork, ensuring that your visit is all about your dental health and comfort, not about worrying over your insurance.
PJ was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley and graduated from James Wood High School. After graduation she married and moved to the Stephens City area. She currently resides in the Stephens City area with her husband. They have one married son.
Peggy has been filing dental insurance and managing accounts receivables with Dr. Stiebel for over 25 years.
In her free time she likes to travel and camp with her husband. They love their motorhome.
Julie was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and graduated from the University of Minneapolis with her degree in dental hygiene. She married and moved to Manchester, Connecticut and worked there for five years before moving to Winchester. Julie has worked in this area since 1975 and for Dr. Stiebel since 1987.
Julie and her husband Ron have two grown children and three grandchildren. She enjoys walking and biking, and traveling. She is very active in the local dental hygienists’ association.
Julie is one of our exceptional hygenists. Her top priority is to keep your smile healthy, and make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Dawn Marshall was born and raised in Front Royal, Virginia, where she resides with her husband, two daughters, and granddaughter.
Dawn is a graduate of Warren County High School and began assisting shortly after graduation. She has been with Dr. Stiebel for 24 of her 28 years in the profession.
In her free time Dawn loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys gardening, interior and floral design, hiking and traveling.
Dawn is one of our amazing dental assistants. Her professional ability and warm smile will make you feel right at home during your visit to our office.
Margaret was born and raised in Warren County, Virginia, and graduated from Warren County High School.
She has worked in the dental field for thirty years and has worked for Dr. Stiebel for the last 21 years.
She has been married for thirty-nine years. She has two grown children and five wonderful grandsons. Margaret enjoys baking and camping with her family.

Debbie was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved around as a Marine Corps dependent throughout her earlier life. She graduated from Lejeune High in North Carolina before receiving her degree as a registered dental hygienist from Coastal Carolina Community College.
She has worked as a hygienist for fifteen years prior to moving with her family to Stephens City in 2002. She has been with Dr. Stiebel and his team for the past ten years.
Debbie married her high school sweetheart and has two grown daughters, one of whom attends dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and working out .

Farah is one of our newest employees to the practice. Farah moved to Winchester from Sacramento, California. She was born and raised in Yuba City, California. She moved to the East Coast to live closer to her parents and siblings.
Farah has two children whom she adores.
Her seven year old son, Gaven, is very academic and athletic. He loves school and enjoys sports including karate, soccer, and baseball. Her four year old daughter Gracey is high spirited, loving, and she adores her big brother.
Farah loves being a caregiver and especially enjoys taking care of patients in the dental field.
She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors. Their favorite vacation getaway is Smith Mountain Lake
