Meet Our Team
Christine Baker, DDS
Dr. Christine Baker grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. She continued her education by attending dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and graduated in 2009.
Inspired by her father's military service, she commissioned in the United States Navy as a Dental Officer and continued her education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland. She later served as a dental officer aboard USS San Antonio (LPD 17) (2010-2012) and at Naval Health Clinic New England (2012-2016).
With the objective of fulfilling all of her professional aspirations, Dr. Baker separated from military service and began a successful career in private practice where she worked in dental offices both in Southern New England and later in Woodbridge, Virginia.
She recently moved to Stephens City, Virginia with her husband, Paul, and their two children Luke (age 4) and Camilla (age 2). Dr. Baker loves to spend her free time exploring new activities and places with her family and looks forward to settling down and growing roots within the community.
Dr. Bill Stiebel, DDS
Dr. Stiebel grew up in Richmond, Virginia. He attended and graduated with honors from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He returned to Richmond and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. While there he was chairman of the VCU Honor Committee for two years and was active in Psi Omega dental fraternity. He was also inducted into the Alpha Sigma Chi honorary leadership society.
Dr. Stiebel moved to Winchester and began his dental practice in December, 1977. He moved to his current location in 1987. He and his wife Claudia, a pharmacist, have been married for 36 years . They have two grown children: son Sam, who is married to Emily, and daughter Sally.
Dr. Stiebel has long been a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the local Northern Shenandoah Dental Study Club, where he has served as president. He is currently serving as a member of the Frederick County School Board’s Health Advisory Committee.
In his spare time Dr. Stiebel loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, hiking and fishing of all types. He also is an avid photographer and loves his spinning classes at the gym.
Debbie is one of our exceptional hygienists and she ensures your teeth will be cleaned thoroughly and comfortably at every visit. Debbie is an excellent motivator and loves to see the progress her patients make at every visit and congratulate them for a job well done!
Debbie loves to laugh and sincerely enjoys the relationships she has built with her patients since starting in this office with Dr. Stiebel over 17 years ago!
Debbie was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved around as a Marine Corps dependent throughout her earlier life. She graduated from Lejeune High in North Carolina before receiving her degree as a registered dental hygienist from Coastal Carolina Community College.
Debbie married her high school sweetheart and has two grown daughters, one of whom is a dentist in Lynchburg, VA! In her spare time she enjoys traveling and working out.
Trish has a wonderfully warm personality and will make you feel right at home during your visit! Trish completed her degree in dental hygiene in 2010 at Lord Fairfax and she is extremely knowledgeable on all modern day periodontal therapies and treatments. She enjoys staying up to date on the latest research and does an excellent job educating and helping her patients maintain a healthy smile.
Trish’s patients tell us all of the time how wonderful and helpful she is with answering any questions they have about their teeth and their gums. Trish enjoys getting to know each of her patients on a personal level and looks forward to your visit!
Trish was born and raised in Frederick County and graduated from Sherando High School. She currently resides in Stephens City with her husband, three daughters, and many pets. She loves to spend time with her family and friends traveling and having fun outdoors. Trish also enjoys cooking, reading, and making homemade gifts.
Farah has been with us for 7 years as an attentive and caring dental assistant. Farah will ensure your treatment with us is an enjoyable experience from the moment she sees you. She is an excellent care giver and enjoys keeping her patients comfortable and helping them to relax.
Farah lives in Stephens City with her husband and two children. Farah loves baseball, cooking for her family, and exchanging recipes. Her family’s favorite vacation getaway is Smith Mountain Lake.
Liz works as our treatment coordinator and insurance specialist. She will work with you and your insurance company to take care of financials and paperwork, ensuring that your visit is all about your dental health and comfort, not about worrying over your insurance.
Liz has worked in dentistry since 1980 and started out as a dental assistant! Her experience will put you at ease and she will always ensure you and your family are well taken care of here.
Liz was born in Frederick County and graduated from James Wood High School in 1978. Liz currently lives in Winchester with her husband and two cats. She enjoys spending time with her family which includes her 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. She loves scrapbooking and going to the beach!
Sue is our receptionist and scheduler and will often be the first friendly face to welcome you into our office and greet you over the phone. She will instantly make you feel at ease with her warmth and professionalism. Sue knows what it is like to be a patient in our office because before she worked with us, she had been a patient for 22 years!
Sue lives in the Stephens City area with her husband, Duane where they raised their four daughters. She enjoys reading, playing the piano, cross-stitching, knitting, and scrapbooking. She also loves to help her husband in their garden, especially planting up containers with beautiful flowers.
Lauren is our newest dental assistant. She is so cheerful and fun that you’ll know you have made a new friend after you meet her! Lauren will do everything she can to keep you comfortable during your visit. She has a passion for dentistry and looks forward to making your experience the best possible.
Lauren grew up in a small town called Amelia about 60 miles southwest of Richmond. Lauren currently lives in Strasburg and loves to dance, fish, and spend time with her dogs.
