Kate is a wonderful dental hygienist who brings several years of experience and a gentle, caring approach to every visit. Her patients love her warm personality and gentle touch, and she has a way of helping even nervous patients feel comfortable and at ease.
In addition to caring for patients at Baker Dentistry, Kate teaches dental hygiene at Laurel Ridge Community College, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of dental hygienists.
Kate lives in Stephens City with her husband and their three teenagers. When she’s not at the office or teaching, you’ll often find her cheering on her kids from the sidelines at soccer games and swim meets.
A Sherando High School graduate, Kali is proud to care for patients in the community she knows and loves. She is a thorough and gentle dental hygienist who takes the time to make sure her patients feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for at every visit.
Outside of work, Kali enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She and her boyfriend both come from big families, so they spend a lot of their free time together with family. She also enjoys staying active, getting outdoors, and trying new things.
Patients appreciate Kali’s ability to explain things in a clear, easy-to-understand way. She believes that great dental care is about more than just a healthy smile. She truly cares about each patient’s overall health and helping them understand how their oral health plays a role.
Melissa is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office. A former dental assistant, she brings valuable clinical experience to the front office and is especially skilled at helping patients understand their dental insurance and benefits.
Born in El Salvador, Melissa is bilingual in English and Spanish and is happy to assist our Spanish-speaking patients. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, answering their questions, and making the process of scheduling and navigating insurance as easy as possible.
Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, shopping, and tackling home renovation projects.

Bry is our Lead Dental Assistant and brings years of dental experience and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and informed about their oral health. She enjoys connecting with patients and takes pride in explaining dental care in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
A graduate of John Handley High School, Bry has strong roots in the local community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. She is also a cheerleading coach and has a in home cupcake business.
